General Terms and Conditions for Payment and Tourist Tax

Payment
1.1. The total rental price will be indicated on the booking page on our website.
1.2. Payment can be made via credit card or PayPal. Payment must be made prior to arrival.
1.3. In the event of cancellation within 5 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, the customer will not be entitled to a refund. However, in the event of cancellation before the 5-day mark from the arrival date, a full refund will be provided.

Tourist Tax
2.1. The tourist tax is a mandatory tax imposed by the municipality for tourists' stays.
2.2. The tourist tax is not included in the rental price and will be paid in addition to the rental price.
2.3. The payment of the tourist tax will be collected prior to arrival and will be remitted to the relevant authorities by the accommodation owner.
